Fotakis Konstantinos
Kostantinos has over three decades of experience in the food and flour industry, having served in senior management and executive positions. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering (NTUA) and an MBA(UBA).
At UQS Hellas™, continues to uphold the value of quality production and responsible information with strategic clarity and faith in the principles of trust.
He is co-founder of Foodquin, the consultancy that supports businesses in the food industry with strategic direction and commercial empowerment.
Flindris Andreas
Andreas has over two decades of experience in branding, creative design and business innovation, having led dozens of brands to market with dynamism and authenticity.
At UQS Hellas™ he is responsible for the brand image, strategic communication and a unified language of trust towards the consumer.
He is the founder of the Flindris Group™ and the companies Brandex Hellas™, Drytech Hellas™ and Foodbrand™, with extensive expertise in Business Administration, Management and Marketing.
Gargassoulas Chrysovalantis
Chrysovalantis brings three decades of experience in key commercial and executive roles, with a consistent presence in the fields of business development and strategy.
He holds a degree in Management & Sales (UoP) and a postgraduate specialization (UNIC) in the study of human behavior.
At UQS Hellas™, he is responsible for the commercial strategy, network development, and the strengthening of organizational culture.
He is the co-founder of Foodquin™, a consulting company that empowers businesses in the food industry through strategic direction and commercial development.
Flindris Manolis
Manolis has more than twenty years of experience in internet infrastructure, web hosting and technical support. He is a certified cPanel Certified Partner (CPCP) and Google Partner, having implemented hundreds of technical projects with a focus on stability, security and performance.
In UQS Hellas™ he is responsible for the technological infrastructure and the operational reliability of the systems.
He is co-owner of the Flindris Group™ and the companies Brandex Hellas™, Drytech Hellas™ and Foodbrand™, actively contributing to technical innovation and the development of integrated solutions.
Charalambos Proestos
Haralambos is Professor and Head of the Laboratory of Food Chemistry at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA). He has a long academic and research career in the fields of Agri-Food, Food Science and Safety. He has distinguished himself internationally, being ranked in the top 2% list of scientists worldwide by Stanford University (2021-2025).
UQS Hellas™ participates as a scientific advisor, ensuring the validity of the data and the connection with the international scientific community.
